As the Administrator of Nassau Extended Care Facility, I consider it a privilege and honor to serve the 280 residents who have been entrusted to our care each day. It is an awesome responsibility that my team and I take very seriously. The NEC team is dedicated to the principles of providing quality care and services in the same manner that we would to our own family. It is our goal to provide both long and short term nursing and rehabilitation care with a reputation for excellence.

Our staff is comprised of highly qualified professionals, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of those who reside here, whether for long term or short term, and to treat each person with the dignity and compassion they deserve.
