The mission of Nassau Extended Care is to enable those we serve to flourish physically, emotionally, and spiritually by providing the finest possible care and support by the most qualified staff.

Nassau Extended Care Facility serves the community, fosters independence for our residents and provides support for family caregivers. We advocate for the aged/disabled, educate the public about their needs, and promote the concept of individualized, progressive care for our residents.
